What did you have for your breakfast? I've had some Porridge with nuts, seeds and fruits, and I really enjoyed it.
Zest
Barley and Oat porridge with paw paw and apricot sprinkled with half a spoon of Lucuma which I vary weekly with cinnamon and honey.
My daily yellow porridge. Just listening to a podcast on dimentia arguing that turmeric is good to onclude in your diet each day to reduce the risk of dimentia. I'll take that!
