Hi everyone, as we're encouraging exercise for good health its been on the news today about Scotlands mile. This was started in Stirling Scotland in 2012 and has been proven to be a great success for obvious reasons. So they have been rolling it out to more and more schools. And as its National Walking Month coupled with walk to school week coming up now seems a good time to bring it to everyones attention.

I really like Stirling as a city and would find it hard not to walk one mile a day living there as its surroundings are so beautiful. 😊
