...thank goodness, I dread to think how much veg I'd have to eat otherwise. There wouldn't be enough time in the day...
I eat up to 75g a day, mostly almonds, walnuts & brazils. They're a great source of low GI protein & healthy fats, as are seeds. Peanuts are a legume & high in inflammatory omega 6 oils, so best avoided.
