Brush your teeth every morning and floss regularly. Don't smoke. Avoid eating foods high in garlic and onion as these will linger. Drink water before and after meals to cleanse your mouth (coffee can linger on the breath) and if you feel better for it, use a mouthwash and/or mints. That should do it!

The Bresth Co Fresh Breath Oral Rinse is expensive but the only thing that really works for my partner. Well worth it.

all that been said.. and try googling "herbs for fresh breath"..

smelly bactera can also live on the back of you tongue..a tongue scraper can come in handy.

try making your own mouth wash with cloves... cheap and i thinks better then what you buy.

Pay particular attention to dental hygeine. Flossing or using dental brushes keeps the spaces between teeth clean and prevents bad breath.

Diet is important. Too much meat makes for smelly breath

All above replies as well as using Dr Tung's tongue cleaner (scraper) every morning, followed by a full glass of water after completing the rest of oral care. I do that one last in the lineup.

There are other brands.. thats just the one I use. Always used a toothbrush before, but recently purchased this device at the health store and I love it!

Just a suggestion. I think it cost maybe seven dollars.. and I anticipate it will last for the rest of my life. Cool little gadget :)
