See how you feel for taking a teaspoon with a little water, never neat, just before meals. This will raise your stomach acid slightly, so your food will be better digested then absorbed. Also good to rinse your mouth with water after, as the ACV is very acidic. It makes our stomachs hostile to bad bacteria such as Heliobacter Pylori. If you feel ok after a few weeks, try increasing gradually to a few teaspoons in water. Some folks like a tablespoon in warm water first thing in the morning, & others like it with a little raw honey stirred in. I've like it instead of balsamic as a dip with olive oil.

Make sure you get the organic type with the live culture in for the probiotics, & agitate it a little so the culture that settles at the bottom of the bottle is mixed in. It might be labelled as having the "mother".

I tend to use it on salad now, as I eat kefir for probiotics, & I think the two would clash, though ACV definitely helped improve my digestion.

I use it as part of a salad dressing with olive oil, you only need a little. Also put in a tablespoon when making chicken stock from bones. I have tried drinking it diluted in water but really didn’t like the taste.
