Toothache
Yes to all these things. I find having close friends and not being afraid of change helpful. I am downsizing from family home to small one bedroom flat. A big change but exciting too. Small space living will be a whole new concept for me. But it frees me from 'things' and cleaning!
I was also diagnosed with angina last october, equally a shock to me as I had just lost over 2st with a healthy BMI . I have since had extensive heart and arterial tests, seems nothing major wrong but my still need to take meds for BP and cholestrol, despite my healthy diet ! So you may be able to improve things or maybe not. In my case family history of heart disease, my dad died from it in his 50s. In any event improving your weight and health will be a bonus in other ways.
Unfortunately, blockage of heart arteries is something that comes over the course of a lifetime -- losing 2 stone recently is good , but by the time we get around to doing this, the damage is already done. However , by losing weight , reducing blood pressure, etc - perhaps we can stop the damage from increasing?? Have you adopted a cardio exercise programme to go with your weight loss??
