Hi .I'm also 5.1. and need to lose weight.My own fault,good during the day but pig out at night.Pure habit.

My weight keep on gng up i cant stop myself from eating kids leftover. I need serious help and how how to loose weight sensibly.

I'm doing Weight Watchers at the moment ,but its finding what suits you best.Its all about healthy eating .Must admit I don't exercise. But I am a full time carer .so on my feet a lot.Evenings are my worst times.I could quite happily nibble all evening.Either bin those leftovers immediately or some people pour washing up liquid on them.Good luck.

Forgive me if you have already tried this, pile all the leftovers on one plate & hopefully it will look so disgusting it won't entice you to eat anything. 😊

Not sure if you are 51 years old, or 5 ft 1 in. Or both! Either way you've taken the first step. Go girl! We're cheering you on. By the way, I lost most of my weight in my sixties (having lost and put it back on in my 40s, 30s X 2 and endlessly in my 20s). But I am hoping this is the last time and the method sticks in my head. I do wish I'd lost it in my 50s. That's my only regret about the weight thing.

5'2'' and over weight is me too. my body goes into starvation mode too quickly
