Ate a giant bag of cheese puffs last night and it made me feel very sick later on. So much regret, more determination though.

I know just what it's like to do something like you've just done. With me it was bars of chocolate and sweets, they all had to go, just couldn't keep them for even 24hrs! The only thing I can do to stop myself is not buy any unhealthy goodies at all. I buy loads of fruit, packs of mixed nuts (unsalted) and have a few of them when I feel I must have something. My cravings for chocolate, cakes and biscuits has disappeared altogether - strange because I've been addicted to them all my life. Mind you I can't claim to have lost any weight, but feel so much healthier and my skin is so much better.

I did a similar thing with Kettle Chips. You simply cannot have one - they only come by the packet! Don't beat yourself up. Maybe stop buying them though. I can only buy ice cream for visitors coming for a meal - I just cannot leave it alone. And believe me a whole carton of ice cream will certainly make you feel sick. (but not whilst you're actually doing it)

Oh, that's no fun. Try to remember what that feels like the next time you want to reach for the bag. It helps if you don't have the bad stuff in the house. Maybe have a few along with a healthy snack like plain popcorn and you'll get extra crunch with a much smaller dose of what you shouldn't be eating.
