Dropping off to sleep, Just of late,although having enough sleep,like sitting on sofa looking at your posts,nodding off,not like me

That was exactly what I was doing, turns out I wasn't getting enough oxygen, my suggestion would be to have your level checked mine was in the 80s when it should have been in the 90 s, not saying this is your problem, but it was mine. Hope this helps.

Is it possible that you are a snorer and stop breathing when you go to sleep? I had that and was diagnosed with sleep apnoea about 12 years ago, I know sleep with a CPAP machine. Get checked out, because if you were to fall asleep driving a car the consequences could be awful.
