How do you cope with food cravings, im really trying to lose about 2.5 stone, ive done it before, but find it really hard to commit.

I've been surprised to find that I consume less food and think about food less on my exercise days. Since I started c25k my cravings for sugary things like cake have all but disappeared and lardy foods are less appealing. I've been keeping a food diary on My Fitness Pal and it really helps me to visualise what I'm eating and how to better balance my diet.
