Weekly Walking Steps/Goals/Aims :-)

Hi everyone,

How has your week been? The view on this collage is of my weekly Fitbit data, plus a photo of a swan with her two signets which I saw whilst out walking.

I enjoyed a nice range of walks this week, and my step count has been bumped up to just over 19,000 steps per day! I felt invigorated by all those steps. Really enjoyed them.

I hope you achieved any walking goals/aims that you might have set yourself and I hope you'll post about your walking experiences, if you want to. You can either reply in this post, or create your own.

Here's to an enjoyable week, and I'm hoping that any walking experiences are enjoyable ones!

Hi ZestGot over 45,000 steps last week.

Was able to do a longer walk.

Had treatment on my ankle this week and was told my achillies tendon is quite spongy and stiff. Here is a picture I took last week.

I love the photo you took. Beautiful.

I hope your ankle improves and that you enjoy your walks this week. I saw there's a heat-wave at the moment in the UK, so take appropriate care. I think I'll avoid walking in the middle of the day, and might go for evening walks or early morning walks.

Will be walking in the morning. We do 3-4 miles.

That's great, I hope you have some enjoyable walks. I am grateful for the sea breezes here - they definitely help to cool me down a bit!
