Hi everyone,
How has your week been? The view on this collage is of my weekly Fitbit data, plus a photo of a swan with her two signets which I saw whilst out walking.
I enjoyed a nice range of walks this week, and my step count has been bumped up to just over 19,000 steps per day! I felt invigorated by all those steps. Really enjoyed them.
I hope you achieved any walking goals/aims that you might have set yourself and I hope you'll post about your walking experiences, if you want to. You can either reply in this post, or create your own.
