Walking and Prayer

Today is a needed reset day. It's been a while since I walked through the woods by the stream, but it was always a great place to sort through feelings. Especially the painful and difficult feelings. We all have to do our "self work" but there comes a day when one finally has to turn the page. Close the door. And move forward renewed, better informed and with new tools to use in life.

Today is that day.

Hi Gracious22

I'm glad you enjoyed your walk through the woods by the stream, it sounds lovely. You described being contemplative, and also moving forward renewed, better informed and with new tools to use in life - that sounds really positive, and I hope you enjoy those feelings.

That sounds very contemplative. It's a great thing to be able to spend time with one self and be able to just be in the moment. I wish someone had taught the younger me that. It's an amazing tool to have at ones disposal.

I hope you found some solace.
