As you can see from my stats, and if you regularly read my posts, yesterday was a working day. I used to do at least two miles before I went to work, but I stopped doing that to see how much I really am walking at work. Yesterday, you can see I walked over 7 miles at work. Thank goodness I have good shoes. Have a great Saturday, everyone!
