Another Cold One!

HealthBuddyMelissa profile image

Yesterday was 33 in the morning, but it felt much colder than when it was 27 last week because the wind was blowing. I felt like I never really got warm. I did get a lot of steps in, though. It was a volunteer day and we walk dogs every week. Then at home, I did one of my indoor walking videos. Still wasn't all that warm, lol.

Hi Melissa,I hope you're able to feel warmer. You've done lots of steps, and there's another lovely bird there.

My goal is 10,000 or more every day. I have hit the target consistently since Summer. I think for 2021 I will aim for at least 12,500 every day.
