Yesterday was a work day and I walk almost all shift, plus we had the fire alarm go off and had to evacuate the whole building.

It was 50 here in North Florida. I walk dogs on Tuesdays at a local rescue so I got a ton done already. I try to walk at least 600 steps every hour. It keeps me focused and moving all day rather than all at once.
