A cycle ride today

Hi all

I cleaned the whole house this morning which felt really good once I'd done it and then went out on a cycle ride, I went out later than normal.

I needed to get something in the pharmacy and a few other bits. I cycled just under 23 miles.

The weather has been beautiful again with a cool breeze but the sun has been very warm.
