I'm cream crackered but in a nice way. I got up very early this morning to go shopping, got home, had a much needed coffee and then went out on a lovely walk through the countryside, so glad it's right on my doorstep.
I've walked 20579 steps today so a good amount to which I'm pleased, this weather helps enormously.

Thank you Ali, the weather has been stunning this week.
The temperature at 05:40 this morning here was -2 degrees, it was cold. By the time I went out walking it had warmed up. I was at the supermarket early to try to see if I could get spelt flour, sadly not. I won't be there that early next week.
