Today it didn't rain, so my husband and I took the opportunity to get out and have a walk while the sun shone. Four miles and quite a few boggy paths later we made our way home. So good to be able to get out and enjoy the countryside now the various storms have passed.

And the sun came out
Hi ItsTimeTo
That is a beautiful scene - I love the green fields through the trees - gorgeous. Glad you and your husband enjoyed your walk, and the sunshine too. A welcome reprieve after all the various storms.

Lovely luscious green photo. Glad you got out as itβs beautiful in the sun. I think weβve had enough rain and storms for this winter! β
Yesterday we were all so fed up of the storms that we decided to stay in all day in our pyjamas!
How's Teddi and Lola doing? Baby the cat is well and has had sole this afternoon for her weekly treat off her mother.
We called in at the fishmongers when we were in town this morning in order to get baby's treat!
That's kind. I bet she loved that. I gave my cat a tiny bit of tuna and I was her best friend for days afterwards. They are fine thank you. Teddis paw is healing and lola is asleep on the sofa, struggling to keep up with young Teddi..
A day in your pyjamas, how lovely. I always find if I do that someone knocks on the door! The other days no one comes near! I π I like to put my pjs on when I've finished walking the dogs. Nothing better than being in the cosy club as I call it π
Baby gets a weekly treat every Monday off her mother! She is an extremely spoilt girl and her friend Percy gets a weekly treat every Saturday. They are the same age as well as Percy will be 16 in June this year and baby is 16 in a few weeks time.
The pyjama day came about at short notice as we were all fed up with the weather recently! We had decided not to answer the door yesterday if anyone unexpected came round.
Tomorrow I have an interview for 12.30 which is a nice time as it isn't too early. It's not the end of the world if I don't get it though as I have others lined up.
I have made an effort to get out in spite of the storms but this weekend just gone we had decided to stay in all day on Sunday as we all felt fed up of the weather but got out today into town and really enjoyed it there.
Yes it can be dreary staying in and watching the weather lash against the windows, but it can also feel very cosy, glad you got out eventually. π
