It was a lovely morning here but we needed to go out and do our weekly shop so I did wonder whether I'd have time to go for a walk before the rain started. I'm pleased to say I managed to get out and jogged most of the way which I was very pleased about. I did um and ah on whether to go out and so glad I did as I feel so guilty if I don't do any kind of exercise, I feel so much better once I've been out.

Totally agree with you, it's so good. Got out today with the grandchildren planting at our local allotments, they had such good fun planting.
That looks a lovely walk and as you say it is so nice to get out, I'm sure your body appreciates the exercise 😀. Someone said to me once the hardest part is getting out of the door!
Thank you and it really is, I'm looking forward to much drier weather though so that I can go out walking on the footpaths rather than the road but most of them are country roads so not too busy.
You are so right, the hardest part is getting out the door, once you're out there it's much better.

Yes I was very pleased to beat the rain. We had a lot of rain here this morning but it's been much better this afternoon, just a few showers although I haven't got out as I decided to do some cooking/baking knowing what the weather forecast was.
