Yay I managed to get out before it got dark

Both yesterday and today we've had atrocious weather but at around 4ish today it started to brighten up. For a few minutes it was shall I shan't I but I ended up going for a speed walk and a jog, a bit of each.

I throughly enjoyed it and was glad to get some steps in.🏃‍♀️🚶‍♀️😁

Yes Ali I felt very good and was so pleased I managed to get out.

We are forecast good weather right up through and including Thursday - bonus.😁
