I went for a walk this morning in the woods with Teddi before it got too hot, then I took her home and went for a bit of a stroll along this river in a place called Sandwich.
It was a nice change as it’s ages since I’ve been there. It had a holiday atmosphere and its been a lovely day, not as hot as yesterday so I took advantage of the slightly cooler weather to catch up on my lack of walks over the last few days.

She certainly is. It was lovely there today and the flowers were very colourful and cheery.

Yes thanks, I've had a walk earlier, and I've also cooled my feet in an ice-bath, and it was amazingly refreshing!
