Cannop ponds and a Canadian Goose.

Hi everyone,

Last Sunday someone told me that the Speech house lake was very busy because of some geese. So this morning as I was out in my car I thought I'd have a peep at the lake but ended up at Cannop ponds where there was this Canadian goose on the shore so I photographed it.

There's no success like failure...but I was quite happy I missed the Speech house lake and came here instead as I've something to look forward to another time, this is only a 3 to 4 mile drive from me and the Speech house even is nearer...😊

Beautiful Jerry it looks like a lovely day there and the pond is very calm. I love the reflection of the trees in the water.

Lovely blue water... pretty as a picture Jerry! The Canadian Goose looks like he is posing for you... my ducks & geese keep flying off... l call them my lllinois Shy in the Sky Birds! I will keep trying. Granni B
