The lake in the forest this morning 🌲🌞

Hi everyone,

This morning I dropped my car off for a service and MOT on the other side of town so I came the long way home by the lake. But I was rewarded with the deep blue sky and the trees reflected in the lake it was very a beautiful place to be. I love the Autumn as its harvest time and we have the sensational colour change of the foliage to look forward to.

Then I walked home through dappled shade on the edge of the forest so that was nice too. Hopefully I’ll take another shot when the trees are in all their autumn glory.

I lovely being amongst nature so was pleased that I can be doing something purposeful yet still make the most of it.

That’s fantastic! I wish we could go to the lake area near the house, but that’s going to have to wait for a little while longer.

This photo reminds me of Crater Lake in Oregon (one of my favorite beautiful places).
