Pictures from the forest 🍁

Hi everyone,

As it was such a nice day today I had a walk in the forest and I love the long shadows this time of year and the autumnal colours so thought I'd share a photo and it is seriously hilly so walking up here was good for the heart and soul as it's so tranquil.

I sat on a fallen tree with just leaves rustling and the sound of a distant waterfall which was all very pleasant and then I started to think about home-made cake... 😊

Looks beautiful Jerry and sounds idyllic. I’m glad you took advantage of the lovely weather. I have to say it wasn’t blue skies in Kent. It’s been rainy and grey today so had to walk faster than usual whilst walking the dogs! You earned that cake Jerry!

Thanks Ali, in the forest was a lady was with 5 dogs and some of them had bells around their necks and I thought it was Santa 🤶... LOL
