The beauty of Autumn 🍁 🌞 🍂

Hi, everyone,

I went for a walk in the forest this afternoon, its a sunny but sharp day here so it felt cold out of the sun. I love the crunch of the fallen leaves underfoot and the long shadows cast by the sun this time of year so here's a photo I took and what's great is this is about 10 mins from my new home.

It's so invigorating getting out there on a lovely day like this and I had to walk up a steep path as I'm in a valley and that's great for the ticker. 😊

What a lovely photo Jerry and a beautiful place to live near to. I also love these crisp cold days this time of year, so much better than the wetter warmer days that's for sure.

I know that you like running and to me this is perfect weather for exercising out side. The weather I like least is wet and windy. 💨

You cannot beat the outdoors for exercise. We haven't been out exercising today but I will be taking a half hour walk in the morning to work and a half hour walk back. I take cakes into work when it's a birthday or anniversary so I won't be able to cycle tomorrow as I normally do. Back on the bike on Tuesday.

I took lots of photo's of my favourite places before moving and am glad that I did. 😊
