Hi everyone,

Here's somewhere I like and its just perfect for various mushroom and fungi along here Its like an avenue of mushrooms and there's a few varieties I photographed this little family by the edge of a copse in a valley, there's a lovely little spindle tree further along the lane.

So what are the advantages of walking and regular exercise? well feeling good is one feeling healthy is another and enjoying our environment and making the most of it. And we don't have to go far to enjoy a walk.

Here's a link from the NHS about exercise and well being:

I love the photo of your mushroom family πŸ„ and I agree that walking is the Miracle cure. I think getting outside and walking is better for you than going to the gym.

I love getting outside when the weathers like this and I agree that walking in fresh air is better than a gym. I love sitting quietly in the middle of nowhere too and just watching the world go by, all very relaxing...🏝
