Hi I’ve just joined this group. I walk quite a lot to keep fit and for keeping well generally. Do you walk much?

Hi goodone, I think its up to us as members to help contribute and I think its a great subject as there's lots of forums for joggers so I am really happy to join in and I bet the admin would love to hear any suggestions you or anyone else has. 😊
