I hear you!!! Welcome!! I am new to the site as well. And... I have been in counseling for 2 years...and barely said anything to my therapist w/o dissociating or struggling.. Cannot get to meat of the problem.... And its scary... Its a lonely place. My heart goes out to u. And CT is right...when you are ready...and only then... Is the best time to talk more. God bless!
