They say a picture is worth 1000 words. That picture you shared is worth multiple times more!! I LOVE that the phoenix is reborn through release by Fire. And although the Fire still burns brighter, the phoenix is now freed to bloom into its true colours!! This is a perfect metaphor for our recovery by fire from PTSD!!
