Following a fall in Aug 24 I have been diagnosed with Post Concussion Syndrome. Over six months since the fall I still am in the process of recovering and am interested in discovering and discussing with others who have suffered from this to get ideas and inspiration through this journey. #recovery

Hi, my fall down 13 steps in Sept 24 left me with PCS too.

It is getting better slowly. I don't stammer as much as I did - haven't stammered for five days - no longer use a stick, the dizziness is largely gone, the photophobia too - but the fatigue is still a big problem, along with strange memory lapses. I found two white plates I'd bought in the house - no memory of buying them at all. Found the ice cream in the microwave. On the fatigue, I feel as though I've aged 10 years. I'm very lucky though.
