Feeling panicked

Well, when I first got migraines I was living near a church bell that rang through the night. Eventually I was so tired, the doc gave me sleeping pills which I cut in half. Saw me through migraines and could sleep them off. And sleep at night.

fast forward 4.5 years ago and a blow to the back of my head. Relentless migraine, the sleeping pills stopped working. It’s been hell.

Has anyone ever climbed out of this? I still take pills I buy online but I know it doesn’t do me much good. I’ve been on sleeping courses which restrict sleep.. which would set off a migraine and I already have them.

I have tried to come off them, but it’s so hard to sleep with the migraines throbbing. This is hell on earth. I’ve even started looking at end of life assisted dying.

sorry, morbid post!

i figured out i was allergic to feathers and got rid of the pillow, duvet and top matress and got instead microfibre ones and went to a homeopath Linda Crawford that hooked me up on a machine that showed all intolerances, allergies and gave me homeopathics for headaches and intolerances.
