something fun possibly - Joy

Hi everyone,

I ran across this project being done at Berkley that is doing citizen research on creating joy in life.

You can do the short program, which consists of very short things every day, and not do the research part. Or, you can do the research part, which seems to basically ask how you feel.

Only a first name and email is required, identity protected in the study, where individuals are not identified.

The first one is 42 seconds of listening to people laugh. I don't know what the other days are yet.
