22 months ago I had 2 bleeds on the brain. I was medically retired from my job last April and took the rest of the year of to concentrate on my health. I started a full time job last month but I have just handed my notice in as it was to mentally and physically. I made the mistake of not going back part time and slowly building it up.

I would like to know if there are any support groups in the newbury area .I have visited henley but its not the easiest place to get to from where i live .

Are there any people from the newbury Berkshire area who have suffered from a bleed on the brain and would like to meet up once a fortnight .There is not enough support especially when you try and get back to normal life

Hi

I am part of the Headway Basingstoke group and found them very helpful. I do not know anyone in your area, but maybe you could contact our group and see if there are any Teams or WhatsApp meeting you could join. Then you don't have to visit in person.
