Hi there, If you are referring to ' Headway intermediate online practice ' that is an English course run by Oxford University and has nothing to do with Headways for people with Brain Injuries...Confusing for us folks with Brain Injuries/damage...As others have messaged , you need to contact the Headway phone number given or website also given...Hope this helpful, Rod 🙂

Have you phoned the 0808 number today ? (it's 9am-5pm/Mon-Fri) I'm not sure why you're not connecting. Are you in UK ?
