I posted recently, having had Anosmia since a tbi two months ago. Since then I’ve struggled to find food that interests me sufficiently to make the effort of preparing a meal worthwhile.
So … I’ve been looking for recipes on the internet and found a free download recipe collection on lifekitchen.co.uk called Taste and Flavour which I thought I’d share.
