my doctors are not willing to arrange appointment with a neurologist unless i give blood

i had a hit on head 2 years ago and had headache pain from may 2020.the doctors not willing to send me to hospital to get blood test as i have problems with needles, at hospital require gas/air,just carnt be coherent about giving blood.

Any ideas how to proceed

Hi. What you describe is actually a fairly common problem, a needle phobia (Trypophobia). There are various treatments for this. If the GP is unwilling to refer you in respect of the blood test, will he refer you for treatment for your phobia? It would at least be one step closer. In light of your phobia, although many specialist request blood tests prior to referral, to rule out, or highlight any problems, can they make a one off exception? Good luck 🍀

Get the stuff that Dentists use to put someone out prior to the dental work being done (or similar - I'm sure that Doctors have something similar) and then get your blood drawn and you won't even know it.
