Yes, you pretty much just post questions.

There are a variety of people on here, many living with or recovering/recovered from a brain injury and some (like me) who are partners of someone with a brain injury.

I'm a reader more than a poster but it seems like people post everything from very specific questions about brain injury/recovery or support or just "I could do with a bit of support" posts. Some posts get more replies than others but I guess that depends on other people's experiences and how much they have to reply.

Hi, yes you can post questions, you can ramble, you can have a good rant if that is what you need. There are some rules pinned to this page, must have a refresher me self. I think the only things that would be frowned on would be if it is insulting, is harmful, or a threat to national security 😉🍀
