My son took a video of me doing a balance test earlier and seeing back for myself and seeing my balance problem was weird as.. watching myself stand solid on my right leg and then on the floor when stood on my left leg within seconds..I'm guna email my doctor the short clips on wednesday while he is on the phone to me..does anyone else end up on floor due to their BI🤔🤔👍

If you do a combination of vestibular neck exercises and balancing exercises it will get better. Combine them into a yoga session. It's not a quick fix, do it for three months every day and you will either fix vestibular issues or reprogram brain balance circuits or both. It works, just do it, my bet is you'll get nowhere via the health service. However there's no harm in finding out, just in case.

Thankyou for the advice it's much appreciated. I'm a retired Karate instructor and have balance skills from my karate. Right side strong and steady left side I'm on the floor. I've lived with this disability since I was 11 so I'm in it for the long haul. Bells Palsy a few months ago was the red flag for me..baby steps👍
