Blepharospasm. Anyone hear of this? Maybe after stroke can't open eyes?

Hi don't know if this is any help, I had a TBI 2.5 years ago, and most mornings I cannot open one of my eyes for about 30 seconds after waking. If I am tired my eyelid feels really heavy aswell. Just one of the many ongoing problems that I am learning to live with, and another thing to add to the list for when I can have an actual face to face appointment with a consultant.
