So for a long time I have been experiencing this sort of “vibration” stage when I’m about to fall asleep . Originally it started as I was trying to put myself in to the astral realm, with that said I have never experienced the “out of body experience”due to the fear of that extremely intense vibration and the loud noise ( it’s terrifying) ,It’s as if I might die if I let myself go are the exact thoughts that race through my mind. Now the problem is that it happens every other night without me even trying to do it . Should I let go ? What’s your experience and advice ? I’m open to all suggestions spiritual or non spiritual.
Thanks

I don’t know I never experienced that but if it was me either way I am and experience weird things and symptoms from this MS I just ignore it and tell myself it’s just a mess and there’s nothing wrong with me me

No reason for the burning sensation in one spot like somethings burning you at the poker or something I just ignore it and it goes away
I’ve been experiencing this for the past 3 weeks every single night. My first experience with this was when I had a paranormal experience at my family’s home. It was terrifying as my fan started getting really loud and shaky, then I felt someone/something sit on my bed near my legs and saw the imprint of someone sitting there. Then I felt the vibrations all down the back of my body and heard footsteps in my room until i finally fell asleep. After that I smudged my family home and got some protection crystals and the feelings stopped for a while. But after I left home for school I hadn’t had any troubles for a while but the vibrations and my fan going crazy has started again here. I’m not sure if I’m going crazy or if my ‘ghost’ or ‘spirit’ followed me here. I’m not sure what to do as it makes it so hard to fall asleep since I just get scared every time it happens. Has anyone else experienced something like this?
