Yes, and frustratingly from my perspective, I really cannot determine the correlation with anything I do to when these symptoms intensify

* Headaches

* Tinnitus

* Light headedness

* 'Fuzzy' feeling in head (brain fog)

* Fullness of head and almost as if you can feel things are moving around in there

* Fatigue

7 months on and although it is better than it was initially, there certainly seems to be a long tail to this one and I am beginning to wonder whether this is something I am just going to have to live with and manage.

I am on citalopram for depression and apprehension promethazine to get rested sleep without bad dreams , paracetamol and ibuprofen when bad head and dizzy in daytime .... but variable results. Been now 2.5 years . Worry probably makes things worse. Told it's up to me and get up and get on but the head goes with me!

2pm n had a morning of full head n dizzy feeling . Had the paracetamol n ibuprofen at 11am and not improved ... any one got suggestion?

Familiar feelings for me. Tinnitus is constant. Strangely, I am grateful that my GP took it seriously and referred me to ENT and that's how my very large brain aneurysm was discovered. By chance. In no way connected with the tinnitus. I had major brain surgery and the aneurysm was clipped. Tinnitus still here. Then I had a stroke last year and the tinnitus is still here. Fortunately I love music so I have that on all the time, which distracts me for the less welcome noise. Dizzy? Often. Fullness of head, often. Strange feeling of brain shrinking down to the size of a walnut too. Mostly to do with fatigue. As I concentrate on something, I feel that brain shrivel. Oddly, I don't have head pain often, but when I do it bangs on and on for usually 3 days. Migraines (or are they TIAs...?) are painless, but very alarming to these fellas that live with me.

Are those symptoms constant for you?

Hi the symptoms you describe are familiar. Unfortunately I get them nearly daily but no warning to set a pattern of avoidance or take a drug to stop or lessen. Response to drugs variable especially when I am dizzy. Tinnitis I have had for years with little bother.when head bad it is very prominent. Had vv bad worry for hours in night and morning about nothing serious resulting in a day of rubbish. Now trying prochlorpromazine for this tho risk of being sleepy...at the wrong time...but if it helps!!
