To say I’m proud of my 18 year old daughter would be an understatement.
She was 13 going on 14 when I had my BI, I was worried what effect my BI would have on her & how I was going keep tabs on her, being a teenager, we just took it one day at time.
Thankfully, she has been a pillar of strength, keeping me in line & her younger sister. Came out with with straight A’s in her A levels, & now she’s off to Uni to study medicine for 5 years.
For any parent with BI, worrying about the effect it gonna have on their children, just be open with them & take one day at time
