I've been gardening all day and, as I won't stop for food when I'm on a roll, it was 8pm before I managed to rustle up a 'comfort' sausage and mash meal ( with green beans, gravy and apple sauce).

But, having seen your spicy chicken, my mind's made up about tomorrow night's dinner ……..maybe with stir fried veg and soy & garlic sauce, Yum !
