A few years ago now, we had the cow parade, come to Manchester. Have you seen all the decorated cows? I took the kids on a hunt to find them, but we never found them all because they really spread them around, I remember one was at Manchester airport, so you couldn't get round them all because they put some outside of the city centre, seemed a shame really. But it was fun xxx

I've only ever really passed through Manchester, if I'm honest. Thus I've not really seen any cows. I'm cunningly avoidiing stating the blindingly obvious

I was going to say that I do worry about you sometimes Janet and ................................... then I remembered seeing a painted cow somewhere in M/c city centre, many years ago. And it was very attractive. But then I love cows whatever colour they are ; great soulful eyes !

However this is not to sideline the Barons ; this one of which has a hint of a smile I see.

Where's that young lad of yours by the way Andy ? Not camera-shy surely ? And no pictures of Sharon either ? xx

They had one in tennis whites and one on a trapeze, now I think of it sounds crazy, maybe I am looney.

No I think the Barons are great, im all for this sort of thing, brings a city to life, fantastic for tourism and the locals too.

I've just revisited those beautiful painted cows online, and it really was a word-wide effort. I only ever saw the one & didn't realise at the time that it had many, many cousins ! Thanks for the reminder Janet. xxx
