It's been 2 months since my brain bleed, tonight my legs and arms felt heavy but weak at the same time. I feel like i zone out for a few seconds, also feels like my body is twitching.

I am five months post bleed I get full body twitches quite often my physio thinks it’s when my whole body is fatigued have you ever had any seizures following your bleed when can you ring you neuro specialist nurse an ask her advice? That’s what I always do any side effect I’m not sure if I get straight on the phone to her

Had a lumbar puction done a month ago as they thought I had another bleed but showed up fine. Still waiting for appointments to see my specialist, not got neuro nurse. They said when I had my bleed after 3 ct scan and something else done, where dye and stuff was injection thro my groan (sorry can recall what it was call) they couldn't find what caused it

I had encephalitis 3 months ago. I get what I call 'heavy tired' when I've done too much. Limbs feel heavy. Moving feels slow. Sometimes feel sick too. Often zone out or just fall asleep. I find it's my brain saying slow down, you're going too fast.

I do everything slower after SAH , be gentle on yourself and check with Doc if it is how you should feel as early stages for you Brie...I was in cuckooland before shunt talking to people . I was lying to myself think brain was trying to let me rest up. So take it easy and small steps lead to bigger ones and try not to overdo it xxxxx Brain is saying I need a rest xxxx Wins thinking xxxxx
