Anything is possible.

How to cope with the multiple demands of all this little ones will be a real challenge.

Plus having to deal with all the parents which can be far worse

I suppose the only way is to try it for a few hours and see how it goes

Yes, anything is possible. I was just recently diagnosed with post concussion syndrome and have taken time off teaching little ones. It was getting overwhelming and like you mention difficult dealing with parents. The not knowing if I will get better enough to return to work is what is nerve racking to me.

By coincidence my wife and I had a similar conversation about returning to work over the weekend.

I am quite high functioning but don't have the ability to concentrate for long periods, have lapses in memory and have issues where i make mistakes reading and writing.

Ignoring my other physical issues, I could "do" a job but what job could I do that would allow me to make mistakes and then allow the mistakes to be picked up by someone in doing a quality check ? The amount of supervision I would need to do the job accurately, you may as well have the supervisor or someone else do it.

That’s what I have been thinking about what job I would be able to do. For the moment I’m trying to focus on getting better through therapy , but bills do not stop and I can’t but help think about what to do next. Like what job would allow mistakes and give extra breaks when needed. My current employer stated they would accommodate my needs but then turned around and did not. My husband is so hopeful that I will get better to the point I can return to work. However, I feel that I won’t. I try to be positive but the constant headaches, lack of concentration, difficulty reading and writing and other physical issues give me the impression that I have a long road ahead of me in the recovery process.

I thought of all sorts of roles and then discounted them - Postman, looks easy walk around the street and put the letters through a slot in a door. But I get problems with numbers and have difficulty walking! Stacking shelves - similar problems. Any form of author - problems writing.

Even of a production line I would get it wrong

I have really ran out of possibilities
