Hi, Yes I have. The diagnosis was given roughly 6 months after the MTBI And I received and continued to receive neuropsychological help which has been invaluable. I recommend reading Trauma, a compassionate mindful approach (Or words to that effect) by Deborah Lee - Seems to be the handbook for everyone who treats trauma.

Good luck!

I wonder what type of help you received, as I saw a Neuropsychologist for 2 years and the net effect has been no change. I was expecting CBT but they felt it wouldn't be helpful.

Having looked up Complex PTSD I see that it was first identified when CBT didn't help some individuals. Beyond that it pretty vague about what does help and whilst I'm on antidepressants I'm beginning to think it's just a plaster over the root cause.

Thanks for the book recommendation I found it and I'll see if it has the magic bullet.
