Time frustrations!

Ola! Havnae posted here for a long time, due to my apparent recovery. I say apparent because I have enjoyed a near boring uneventful life for the past 18 months . These last 2 weeks however have been a wee bit bloody frustrating and challenging! Is there no getting over a "mild"TBI .apologies for sounding like a spoiled brat

Nope no recovery from a genuine mTBI.

Boring and uneventful can be surprisingly good for "recovery" . Once life has stabilised it does enable you to develop coping skills so you can carry on.

From being on this forum for a numbers of years the turning point for many of us is that point where we accept we have reached a plateau in our "recovery" enabling us to move on.

All the best with the remainder of your journey

Boring and uneventful has been fantastic and much appreciated, I'm just miffed at the apparent going backwards again , foolishly thought all the hard work and dark days were behind me. Diolch for your reply. Hwyl fawr

Dim problem,

Being given a ticket to ride the Head Injury roller coaster is one of the most frustrating things.

I was doing quite well until I was involved in a car accident again in April. That knocked me way back both physically and mentally.

It living with the absurdity of it all - today roasting some pumpkins wore some oven gloves to take the trays out of the oven and put them on the counter. Took the oven gloves off and picked up the trays with my bare hands - doh ! doh !
