Congratulations, you must be feeling very accomplished and focused right now. When I completed my masters thesis, I took excerpts out of it and wrote articles, disseminated it amongst the core researchers that I had quoted in the research so they were aware I had taken their thinking and extended it forwards. I also explored ways to implement in practical terms the findings and conclusions and found avenues for my further questions. It seemed such a waste just having a mark at the end of all that hard work. Getting a B is brilliant.

I hope you will explore further applications too so that your hard work and findings go to good use in practical terms within the wider health and social care debate. It is so topical right now with Government chucking money at mental health, so a great time to get involved, apply for research position to continue in this field or simply offer your expertise to those who would value it like the Kings Fund in London or NHS commission strategy boards or create an executive summary of one or two pages and send to your MP. Maybe write an article for the websites of Headway, Brain and Spine Foundation, Encephalitis Society etc etc You get my drift. Don't let your wonderful work go to waste!

Good luck.
