Yep I'm still here

Hi all.

Just to let those who know me that I'm still here. I still reading the posts and giving the odd( sometimes it may seem very odd) reply.

I've been a bit crappy physically lately....must be getting old. Then again it makes a change from the affects of bi.

Oh just had a message from docs . It must be coming into winter for they have enquired if I've had my flu jab. Now there either on the ball or very late at follow up. Will see when I phone tomorrow.

Remember keep smiling .....it really in nerves people.

Hey Pax. It's always good to see you, but sorry to hear you've been unwell. I struggle with various issues quite unrelated to Bi (especially this incessant heat) and yes, the ageing process just keeps on giving...….
